Some Ways We Can Collaborate

I have a few different ways I structure my brand and web development projects, depending on how much we’re building together. At the simplest level, I can focus primarily on the website and create the brand essentials needed to support it. From there, we can go deeper into brand strategy and identity, or build the brand, website, and photography as one cohesive visual system. These are starting points—we can also shape a custom scope around what your business actually needs.

Website + Brand Essentials

You know who you are and what you want to say. You primarily need a strong website and a focused visual identity to bring it all together.

What We Would Create Together:

  • Up to a 6-page website designed on Squarespace

  • One Brand Strategy session which will inform our branding process

  • Basic branding process included (logo, brand style guide, palette)

  • Image Curation, with images provided by Client

  • Ongoing project Support

  • Copywriting Feedback

  • Note: Does not include branding assets for use outside of your website.

Revisions: Up to two rounds on each phase of the project. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr.

Timeline: 8-12 weeks from kickoff

Starting at $5,000

Brand + Website

You’re ready to go deeper into who your brand is, who it’s for, and how you want to communicate. Together, we’ll develop the strategy, messaging direction, and visual identity, then carry that foundation through your website.

What We Would Create Together

  • Everything in Website + Brand Essentials, plus:  

  • Up to three Brand Strategy Sessions to help you deeply develop our understanding your audience which will then inform and bring greater intention to the personality of your brand

  • Extensive brand process, plus all files for use outside of your website, and all possible lockups for application in a variety of marketing settings.

  • Messaging/Copywriting Guidance and co-writing

  • Creation of custom illustrations/artwork

Revisions: Up to three rounds for each phase of the project. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr.

Timeline: 12-16 weeks from kickoff

Brand Ecosystem

We’re creating the whole visual ecosystem together—developing your brand and website alongside an original image library so every part of your visual presence feels cohesive, intentional, and distinctly yours.

What We Would Create Together

  • Everything in Website + Brand Essentials, plus:

  • Custom brand photography session

  • Art direction and shot planning informed by the brand strategy

  • Curated, professionally edited image library

  • Integration of original photography throughout the website

  • You’ll leave with a cohesive library of original imagery that reflects who you are and gives you on-brand content to draw from well beyond the website

Revisions: Up to three rounds for each phase of the project. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr.

Timeline: 12-16 weeks from kickoff

Starting at $10,500

Pricing + Payment Schedule

  • This proposal is valid through November 1, 2026. Projects initiated after this date may be subject to updated pricing.

  • Payment schedule broken into four equal installments tied to project phases.

  • The project fee is divided into four equal installments, beginning with a 25% deposit to secure the project scope and reserve space on my calendar. Subsequent installments are tied to project phases.

  • Invoices are payable Net 15 from invoice date.

  • All final artwork is provided royalty‑free for client use; no ongoing usage fees.
